Our 100% Pasture-fed beef has all the flavour you'd expect from that extra time to grow and free range on fresh pasture as they are moved daily. (Photo does not show all meatbox contents)
10kg beef box contents:
- 2 slow roast and brisket joints between 1kg and 2kg
- Prime roasting joint between 1kg and 2kg
- 1kg mince
- 1kg stewing beef
- 8 x 130g burgers
- 8 steak selection to total 1.6kg
- A selection of shin, skirt or braising steak (to make up 10kg box)
NB: Weights of items listed above approximate to ensure overall box weight of 10kg. Type of prime roasting joints will vary with availability and could include topside, silverside or top rump. Steaks will be a selection of fillet, sirloin, ribeye, minute or rump.
